It costs money and takes time to replace valuable employees. The more effective business strategy is to focus on retention strategies to create work environment employees want to stay in.

Engage! HR will measure employee engagement and satisfaction using survey tools. Survey results report will provide you with results of the survey and recommendations for improvement. But we don’t stop there. Most companies will take survey results and file them away in a folder. This is a serious error and misses the point of engagement surveys. To ensure retention and engagement are improved, we will work with you to develop Survey Action Plans. The Survey Action Plans puts in motion process improvement with a timeline and actionable goals. It focuses on communicating survey results and action plan with employees.

Engagement activities and programs have a strong correlation to retention.

Engagement activities don’t have to cost lots of money, in fact many engagement activities are low cost to no cost. It comes down to the simple things, like saying thank you or re-training a new hire on a specific program. Increasing communication by scheduling daily morning huddle meetings or leading monthly town hall meetings for all employees, including leadership.
